JESSE McSPADDEN
Head Pitching Instructor
Coach McSpadden spent five seasons on the William Jewell College coaching staff, serving as the pitching coach. During the five seasons, Jewell reached the NAIA opening round of the National Championship three seasons in a row before moving to NCAA Division II.
After graduating from Park Hill HS, he went to William Jewell College and was a key member of the pitching staff. He helped the Cardinals to two conference championships and four regional appearances. In 2008, Coach McSpadden was first team all conference/ all region pitcher.
In 2006 Coach McSpadden played overseas in Belgium and represented the USA. Jesse was also a member of the Ban Johnson League in Kansas City from 2005-2007, where he was selected to be the starting pitcher in the All Star team each year. In 2006 he was pitcher of the year setting two league records, most wins in a season (12) and lowest era (.15).

A native of Kansas City, Coach Jesse McSpadden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Sport from William Jewell College, and a Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine.
